Jamie is the Co-Author of the XLR8 International Coaching Programme focusing on multi directional speed for sport and is endorsed by a number of international teams.
After a stint working overseas within professional sport, Jamie returned to New Zealand in 2004, and was one of the lead service providers for the New Zealand Academy of Sport for more than 7 years and previously the Coaching New Zealand program for more than 5 years, as a Level Two tutor. He has worked with a wide variety of national sporting bodies and athletes as a multidirectional speed and sport strength and conditioning coach.

Matt is an active and motivated person who loves to massage and approaches it with a genuine concern for each person.
He offers a range of massage skills from postural analysis, sports (deep tissue), therapeutic or relaxation massage.
His career before massage was as a professional cricketer for 18 years and now he is looking forward to helping others achieve their goals.
He has worked with various Wellington sport teams already ranging from the Wellington Phoenix, the Wellington Saints, the Wellington Firebirds and the Wellington Pulse.
